Shipping Policy

Pick-up at the Saint-Colomban or Saint-Siméon store is free and by appointment. To do this, select the “pickup” option when paying for your order. We will contact you by email to arrange an appointment when your order is ready for pickup. The charges will be added to your cart when paying for the order.

MA Création offers delivery within Canada only. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are standard at $10.99. The charges will be added to your cart when paying for the order.

We offer free delivery for any purchase of $125 or more before taxes.

MA Création Écolo assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We do, however, offer a package tracking service. If you experience a problem with a package or have any questions, please contact us by email at macreationecolo@gmail.com so that we can follow up with our shipping company. Be sure to leave us your name, as well as your order number, to speed up the tracking process.
